Return policy

At Corntech Solutions Ltd, we value your satisfaction. If a product or service does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below. This policy explains the conditions and steps for returns and refunds.

1. Product Returns (In-Store Items)

Returns for in-store purchases are accepted under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (e.g., pumps, accessories, fittings).

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof ofpurchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Used or damaged items

• Products that have been installed, modified, or altered after purchase

• Custom-ordered or special-order items

• Electrical components or items that have been connected, tested, or powered

• Items returned more than 7 days after the date of purchase

2. Service Refunds (e.g., Test Pumping, Repairs, Installations)

Service fees are generally non-refundable. However, a refund or corrective action may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The service was paid for in advance but not delivered.

• A fault or error occurred as a direct result of work performed by Corntech’s team.• The issue is reported within 3 days of service delivery. Where applicable, the service may be repeated at no additional cost.

3. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and credited to the mobile number or bank account used for the initial transaction (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer).

• Standard processing time is 2–5 business days.

• Refunds for online payments (via Pesapal, M-Pesa, or bank transfers) may take longer depending on your service provider.

Cash refunds are not available.

4. Exchanges

Where applicable, we offer product exchanges in place of refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the same conditions outlined in our return policy (unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days with proof of purchase).

If a product is found to be defective or damaged and is still under manufacturer or service warranty, the warranty process will be followed. In such cases, the item may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the warranty terms

5. Return Procedure

1. Visit our office/shop with the item and receipt.

2. Request a return or exchange at the counter.

3. Our team will assess eligibility.

4. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

6. Warranties

Our products come with manufacturer warranties. Please confirm warranty details at the time of purchase. All warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
